AI Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will work on building intelligent systems using machine learning, deep learning, and data-driven techniques to solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for production environments
• Build and optimize machine learning models using supervised and unsupervised learning techniques
• Work with structured and unstructured data for training and inference
• Implement NLP, Computer Vision, or recommendation systems as required
• Integrate AI models with backend services and APIs
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Tune models for accuracy, performance, and scalability
• Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and software teams
• Monitor model performance and retrain models when needed
• Document model architecture, workflows, and results

Required Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
• Experience with Machine Learning algorithms (Regression, Classification, Clustering)
• Hands-on experience with Deep Learning frameworks: TensorFlow / PyTorch / Keras
• Knowledge of NLP or Computer Vision techniques
• Experience with REST APIs and model integration
• Understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases
• Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn)
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering
• Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow)
• Experience deploying models on AWS / Azure / GCP
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
• 3–5 years of professional experience in AI/ML development
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
