We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Full Stack AI Architect with strong AI/ML expertise to join a fast-paced telecom environment. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can architect, design, and build enterprise-scale AI solutions while remaining hands-on with coding and implementation.
🔹 Role: Sr Principal AI Architect
🔹 Experience Required: 14+ Years
🔹 AI Architect Experience: 5+ Years Hands-On
🔹 Telecom Domain Experience: Mandatory

💡 Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement advanced AI/ML models and algorithms
• Build scalable AI solutions using Python or Java
• Work on neural networks, supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions
• Optimize AI systems for performance and scalability
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams
• Drive best practices across development, testing, and deployment

🛠 Required Skills:
✅ Strong expertise in AI/ML implementation
✅ Deep understanding of Neural Networks
✅ Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
✅ Expert coding skills in Python or Java
✅ Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles
✅ Telecom industry experience is required
