Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced AI Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Artificial Intelligence capabilities for an enterprise Contact Center platform within a Healthcare Payer organization.
This role will be responsible for defining AI strategy, architecting scalable AI solutions, and ensuring seamless integration of AI technologies across cloud infrastructure, machine learning systems, and CRM platforms.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise in AI, strong cloud platform experience (GCP or Azure), and a proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement AI-driven applications and infrastructure for the Contact Center platform.
Define and execute the enterprise AI strategy aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate closely with Cloud Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, and CRM Development teams to ensure proper integration of AI technologies.
Architect scalable AI/ML models and oversee model lifecycle management.
Develop and maintain AI algorithms to enhance automation, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
Identify new opportunities to leverage AI within the organization and propose strategic implementation roadmaps.
Ensure AI solutions comply with healthcare data privacy and regulatory requirements.
Monitor AI system performance and optimize models and infrastructure as needed.
Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and recommend innovation initiatives.
Provide technical leadership and train team members and stakeholders on AI tools, frameworks, and best practices.
