Job Description
- 10+ years’ experience in Analytics / Data / AI / Digital Transformation
- Strong client-facing experience with senior stakeholders
- Hands-on experience in AI, BI, or Analytics program delivery
- Strong Stakeholder Management and cross-functional coordination
- Expertise in Workshop Facilitation, Requirements Gathering, KPI Definition
- Ability to drive Conflict Resolution and Consensus Building across senior leaders
- Strong Executive Communication & Storytelling (PPT / Leadership Reporting)
- Strong understanding of AI (including RAG), BI systems, and Data ecosystems
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for data/BI teams
- Experience working with Data Engineering & AI teams for solution design and validation
- Strong knowledge of Dashboards, Data Pipelines, and Reporting frameworks
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and lead cross-functional enterprise programs
