Agile Project Manager - Data Initiatives (Snowflake/Fabric)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agile
Project Manager to join our growing data-driven organization. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, Enterprise PMO
(EPMO) governance, and experience managing data-focused projects. This role
will oversee initiatives leveraging platforms like Snowflake or Microsoft
Fabric, driving cross-functional collaboration and ensuring delivery excellence
within an Agile framework.

Key Responsibilities

Lead
    and manage Agile projects within an Enterprise PMO framework, ensuring
    alignment with strategic business goals.
Drive
    the planning, execution, and delivery of complex data and analytics
    initiatives.
Collaborate
    closely with cross-functional teams - including Data Engineering,
    Analytics, and IT - to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Facilitate
    Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and
    sprint reviews.
Manage
    project timelines, budgets, scope, and resource plans using tools such as
    Jira.
Proactively
    identify and mitigate project risks and issues while maintaining
    transparency with leadership and stakeholders.
Communicate
    project status, progress, and key decisions effectively across all
    organizational levels.
Promote
    Agile best practices, fostering a culture of collaboration,
    accountability, and continuous improvement.
Ensure
    all deliverables comply with EPMO standards and governance processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's
    degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent
    experience).
3+
    years of experience as a Project Manager leading Agile initiatives.
Strong
    understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and practical
    experience with Jira or similar tools.
Experience
    managing data-focused projects, ideally involving Snowflake, Microsoft
    Fabric, or other modern data platforms.
Familiarity
    with Azure or other cloud-based environments preferred.
Strong
    organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to
    manage multiple priorities.
Agile
    certifications (Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, SAFe, etc.) preferred.

Preferred Skills

Experience
    working within Enterprise PMO structures and governance frameworks.
Ability
    to translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable communication
    for non-technical audiences.
Proven
    success managing stakeholder relationships and facilitating
    cross-functional alignment.
Strong
    analytical and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced, evolving
    environments.
