🔎 Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager / Agile Delivery Lead with a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance to drive predictable, high-quality delivery across complex technology initiatives.

This role combines Scrum Master responsibilities, delivery ownership, agile coaching, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful execution of digital and platform solutions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Agile Facilitation & Team Leadership

• Serve as Scrum Master / Agile Lead for one or more cross-functional teams within P&C Insurance programs
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
• Coach teams on Agile principles, self-organization, and continuous improvement
• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and psychological safety

Delivery Leadership & Predictability

• Own end-to-end sprint and release delivery, ensuring teams meet commitments
• Track and improve delivery using metrics such as velocity, burndown, cycle time, throughput, and flow efficiency
• Utilize Azure DevOps to manage work items, track progress, and visualize dependencies
• Identify, escalate, and resolve risks, issues, and blockers proactively
• Ensure alignment with business outcomes such as regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and customer experience

Stakeholder & Cross-Team Coordination

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, Architecture, and Governance teams
• Manage cross-team dependencies and ensure smooth delivery execution
• Provide transparent reporting and status updates to stakeholders

✅ Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Agile Project Management / Scrum Master roles
• Strong experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance (MANDATORY)
• Proven track record in Agile delivery and release predictability
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
• Strong understanding of Agile metrics and reporting
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

➕ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAFe or scaled Agile frameworks
• Background in digital transformation or modernization programs
• Certifications such as CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or PMI-ACP
