AEM Developers

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop components, templates, and workflows in AEM
• Customize and extend AEM functionalities using Sling, OSGi, and JCR
• Build and maintain websites using **Adobe Experience Manager Sites and Assets
• Integrate AEM with third-party services and APIs
• Develop reusable components and ensure best practices
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and content authors
• Optimize performance, security, and scalability of AEM applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with **Adobe Experience Manager
• Strong expertise in **Java, Servlets, and JSP
• Experience with Sling Models, OSGi services, and JCR repository
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, **JavaScript)
• Familiarity with AEM workflows, DAM, and content authoring
• Experience with REST APIs and integrations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AEM 6.x or AEM as a Cloud Service
• Knowledge of **Apache Maven and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with **Git for version control
• Experience with **Adobe Experience Cloud tools
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
