AEM Developer

Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring, and Hibernate
Hands-on experience with Apache Sling, OSGi, and JCR (Jackrabbit Oak)
AEM Components, Templates, Dialogs & Workflow development
Dispatcher configuration and AEM upgrades/maintenance
REST API development and integrations
Working knowledge of HTL (Sightly)
Basic frontend knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD (Jenkins/Azure DevOps)
Exposure to Adobe Experience Cloud
Nice to Have:
Integration with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign
Search platforms like Solr/Elasticsearch
Personalization & targeting in AEM
