AEM Developer

• Collaborate with designers, content authors, and backend teams
• Optimize performance, scalability, and security of AEM applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in AEM environments
• Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
• Manage content deployment and version control

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, and web technologies
• Experience with AEM architecture (Sling, OSGi, JCR)
• Hands-on experience with HTL (Sightly), JSP, and Servlets
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AEM 6.x or AEM as a Cloud Service
• Familiarity with Adobe Marketing Cloud ecosystem
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices integration
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Understanding of SEO and web performance optimization
