✅ Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 yeasrs of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Strong expertise in AEM Sites, Assets, workflows, and integrations
Experience with AI-enabled content workflows (Adobe Firefly preferred)
Solid understanding of cloud architecture, APIs, microservices, and headless CMS
Experience working in Banking / Financial Services / regulated environments
Strong ability to collaborate with engineering leadership and senior stakeholders

⭐ Nice to Have
Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Personalization, or Analytics
Exposure to CIAM security patterns and data governance
Experience mentoring or leading distributed engineering teams
Adobe certifications (AEM Architect / Developer / Cloud Service)
