Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Actimize Developer / Lead to join our Financial Crimes and Compliance Technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in NICE Actimize solutions, anti-money laundering (AML), fraud detection, and banking compliance systems. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting Actimize applications and leading development activities across enterprise compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and support NICE Actimize solutions.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of AML/Fraud/Compliance projects.
• Work closely with business analysts, compliance teams, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Configure and customize Actimize modules including:
  • IFM (Integrated Fraud Management)
  • RCM (Risk Case Manager)
  • AIS (Actimize Intelligence Server)
  • CTR/SAR solutions
  • CDD/KYC solutions
• Develop Actimize models, workflows, alerts, and case management solutions.
• Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Integrate Actimize applications with upstream and downstream systems.
• Perform production support, issue resolution, and performance tuning.
• Participate in code reviews, deployment activities, and release management.
• Lead offshore/onshore development teams and mentor junior developers.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC, security, and banking regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with QA teams for unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
• Prepare technical design documents and support documentation.

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with NICE Actimize platform.
• Hands-on experience in Actimize development and configuration.
• Expertise in:
  • Java/J2EE
  • SQL
  • Oracle / SQL Server
  • XML/XSLT
  • UNIX/Linux
  • Web Services / APIs
• Experience with ETL and data integration processes.
• Knowledge of transaction monitoring and AML systems.
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting.
