Job Description
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, support)
- Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction
- Prepare reports, presentations, and account plans
- Resolve client issues and ensure timely delivery of services
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales or SaaS industry
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Soft Skills
