Job Description

  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, support)
  • Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and account plans
  • Resolve client issues and ensure timely delivery of services

Required Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales or SaaS industry
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
