. Technical Specialist Senior

•    Design, develop & deploy case/program management applications. 
•    Mentor application, reports & query developers. 
•    Implement secure coding standards and defect-free applications. 
•    Work directly with government clients for technical requirements. 
•    Coordinate with QA/QC teams for security and quality. 
•    Create/update technical documentation, SOPs, ER diagrams & Visio designs. 
•    Build dashboards, reporting solutions & monitoring capabilities. 
•    Troubleshoot application performance issues. 
•    Perform system upgrades & enhancements. 
•    Coordinate development activities and resolve technical/business issues.

Minimum Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience). 
•    11–15+ years of enterprise application development experience. 
•    Strong expertise in: 
o    Microsoft .NET Technologies 
o    ASP.NET 
o    C# 
o    SQL Server 
•    Experience with: 
o    Visual Studio 2010+ 
o    .NET Framework 2.0–4.6.2 
o    ETL/Data Warehouse/BI platforms 
•    Preferred: Java, XML, HTML, JavaScript, PHP, BPEL, WebLogic.
