Job Description:
IBM is seeking an experienced Workfront Technical Lead to drive the design, configuration, integration, and deployment of enterprise-scale Workfront solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Adobe Workfront, strong MarTech or work-management domain experience, and a proven track record delivering global implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead architecture, design, and technical implementation of Adobe Workfront solutions.
Configure and customize Workfront environments including workflows, forms, dashboards, templates, and reporting.
Develop and manage integrations using Workfront Fusion, APIs, and third-party connectors.
Integrate Workfront with enterprise platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
Provide technical leadership across project lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Drive best practices, governance standards, and performance optimization.
Support global rollouts and multi-region deployments ensuring scalability and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience in MarTech or enterprise Work Management platforms.
Deep hands-on expertise with:
Workfront configuration & administration
Workfront reporting & dashboards
Workfront Fusion automation
Workfront APIs & integrations
Experience integrating Workfront with AEM and DAM platforms.
Proven experience supporting global implementations and distributed teams.
Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Adobe Workfront certifications.
Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments.
Exposure to enterprise cloud platforms and integration frameworks.
Prior experience working with large enterprise clients.
