Workday Test Lead

10+ years of overall testing experience, with 3+ years in Workday testing
•    Strong hands-on experience testing Workday HCM and/or Financials modules
•    Deep understanding of Workday business processes, BP frameworks, and security
•    Experience with Workday releases (bi-annual updates) and regression testing
•    Proven experience leading UAT and stakeholder sign-off
•    Strong defect management and test reporting skills
•    Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., ALM, Jira, Zephyr, TestRail)
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
•    Workday certification(s)
•    Payroll Parallel Testing experience
•    Experience with Workday Integrations (EIB, Studio, APIs)
Exposure to Agile / SAFe delivery models
