
Workday Integration Lead
Job Description
Join a leading global financial services firm as a Workday Integration Lead. In this critical role, you will serve as a technical subject matter expert, driving the development and maintenance of high-priority integrations that power our HR and Payroll operations. This is a hybrid role based in our Chicago office, offering the chance to work on high-impact projects in a sophisticated, data-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Innovation & Development: Design and build new Workday integrations using Workday Studio, XSLT, and APIs to support global HR initiatives. Production Excellence: Act as Level 3 support for production failures, performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes to ensure system stability. Collaboration: Partner with business leaders and global IT teams to translate requirements into technical designs. Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) solutions. Project Leadership: Manage change requests, document system designs, and follow Agile/Scrum practices to deliver projects on time. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Technical Mastery: 5+ years of experience with Workday Studio and XSLT (2.0/3.0). Integration Expertise: Proven experience with PECI, WECI, PICOF, and Core Connectors. Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of US and Global Payroll data. Problem Solver: Ability to debug complex issues in a time-critical, high-pressure environment.
