Workday Integration Developer

• Maintain integration documentation and technical specifications
• Ensure data security and compliance standards are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years of Workday integration experience
• Strong experience with Workday
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Workday Studio
  • Core Connectors
  • EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
  • Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)
• Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, and JSON
• Experience with SFTP, APIs, and middleware integrations
• Understanding of HR, Payroll, Benefits, or Financial modules

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating Workday with third-party vendors (e.g., payroll providers, benefits platforms, background check systems)
• Knowledge of Workday security and business process framework
• Experience with integration middleware tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.)
• Workday Integration Certification
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
