We are looking for an experienced Varicent Solution Architect/Lead to design, develop, and implement Varicent solutions that optimize incentive compensation processes.

📍 Location: Clearwater, FL(Local candidates only)
⏳ Duration: 6 months
💼 Experience: 10+ years

Key Skills & Requirements:
Varicent ICM solution design, implementation, and configuration (Composer, Report Studio, Data Models, Workflows, Web Forms)
Leadership and team management experience
ERP/CRM/HR integrations (Salesforce, SAP, Workday)
Reporting, analytics, and dashboards for incentive compensation
Compliance knowledge: SOX, GDPR, audit requirements

Desirable Skills:
Troubleshooting, scripting, and automation
IBM WebSphere knowledge
Performance testing and functional design in ERP/CRM systems

Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of hands-on Varicent experience
Proven track record leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale compensation solutions
