UX Designer

• Design user-centered experiences for enterprise applications undergoing UI modernization.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Developers, and QA teams to translate requirements into effective UX solutions.
• Lead end-to-end UX activities including:
  • User research
  • Persona creation
  • Journey mapping
  • Interaction design
  • Visual design
  • Prototyping
  • Usability testing & validation
• Create and maintain UX artifacts such as user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
• Use Figma as the primary design and collaboration tool.
• Work with enterprise design systems and reusable components to ensure consistency.
• Apply accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
• Leverage AI-powered design tools and VIBE Coding practices to accelerate design ideation, prototyping, and design-to-code workflows.
• Support development teams with clear design handoffs and implementation guidance.

Core UX Skills

• Strong experience in end-to-end UX design lifecycle
• Expertise in wireframing (low & high fidelity) and interactive prototyping
• Strong visual design and interaction design skills
• Experience conducting usability testing and research validation

Design Systems

• Experience working with enterprise design systems and UX governance

Accessibility

• Knowledge of WCAG guidelines and usability heuristics

AI & Emerging Practices

• Experience using AI tools for UX ideation and optimization
• Exposure to AI-driven design-to-code workflows / VIBE Coding

Collaboration

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with developers for smooth design implementation
