User Acceptance Tester

🚀 We’re Hiring: Intermediate User Acceptance Tester 🚀

Are you passionate about ensuring quality, accuracy, and seamless user experiences? We’re looking for an Intermediate User Acceptance Tester to join our team and play a critical role in validating business requirements and supporting cross-agency testing efforts.

What you’ll do:

• Partner with State UAT Leads, Program Managers, and Agency representatives to evaluate scope and requirements.
• Develop UAT test prep schedules, test plans, and test cases to ensure complete coverage.
• Execute SQL queries to validate data and support testing.
• Manage test scripts, defects, and tickets in JIRA/JAMA.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to resolve issues and keep QA efforts on track.
• Provide UAT status updates and testing metrics to leadership.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of UAT experience in planning, preparing, and executing test cases.
• Knowledge of Health & Human Services systems (SNAP, RIW, CCAP, LTSS, Medicaid, ACA).
• Strong grasp of SDLC, testing strategies, and project methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with automated testing tools (Selenium preferred).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
