Role Summary:
Seeking an experienced UKG Ready Implementation Consultant with strong Payroll expertise to lead and support end-to-end implementations for small to mid-sized businesses. The ideal candidate has hands-on configuration experience, payroll compliance knowledge, and proven client-facing implementation services experience (UKG Ready or Kronos).
Required Experience & Skills:
Direct UKG Ready (or Kronos) Implementation Services experience.
Active UKG Ready account required (UKG Pro-only experience will not qualify).
Hands-on experience with:
Payroll configuration & U.S. payroll compliance (multi-state)
General Ledger setup & GL reporting
Payroll history loading and balancing
Time & Attendance migration and validation
KPS Scorecard and workbook experience
Strong functional understanding of Workforce Management, HR, and Payroll processes.
Experience delivering client training and user support.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
