Uipath Developer

• Publish and manage bots using UiPath Orchestrator.
• Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Provide post-deployment support and enhancements.

Governance & Best Practices

• Follow RPA development standards and security policies.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security guidelines.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation expansion.
• Stay updated on UiPath platform upgrades and new features.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5+ years of experience in RPA development.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
• Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle and best practices.
• Experience working with APIs, web services, and database integrations.
• Proficiency in one programming/scripting language (C#, VB.NET, Python preferred).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
