UI React Developer

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead frontend development and build high-quality, modern user experiences. This role involves hands-on development, technical leadership, and close collaboration with product, design, and backend teams.

Key Responsibilities

·        Lead frontend development with a strong focus on code quality, performance, and user experience

·        Mentor frontend engineers and promote best practices in architecture, testing, and documentation

·        Collaborate with Product, UX, and Backend teams to deliver scalable UI solutions

·        Establish and maintain engineering standards (code reviews, design reviews, testing, CI/CD)

·        Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve development speed and quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React and TypeScript
• Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and the React ecosystem
• Experience with scalable frontend architecture (e.g., Micro Frontends, Monorepos, Nx)
• Solid experience with frontend testing (unit, integration, functional)
• Strong communication skills and experience working in Agile teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot, agentic tools) to improve code quality and productivity
• Experience with NGINX and modern deployment strategies
• Experience designing and consuming APIs and working with microservices
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Pivotal) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)
• Prior experience in Fintech, preferably Investment Banking or Capital Markets
