Visual Output - Visually transforms information from elicitation sessions into process flows, context diagrams, UML diagrams, wire-frames, and mockups.

Job Description: 

This position will perform advanced, senior-level business analysis work. The business analyst serves as the conduit between the program/customer community and the software development team through which requirements flow. This BA will be involved at some level throughout the entire software development life cycle. Upon establishment of the requirements baseline, the focus is shifted towards the management of the requirements specification and verifying the fulfillment of all requirements, including requirements for enhancements post-implementation.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years eliciting requirements & creating system requirement documents
• 8+ years SDLC experience
• 8+ years Business Process Re-engineering experience
• Strong experience in developing User Stories & Use Cases
• Experience designing Mockups/Wireframes (UX best practices)
• Strong communication, facilitation & documentation skills
• Experience with Jira (Preferred)
• Experience with Modern Requirements (Preferred)

Mandatory Skill:

Visual Output Expertise – Ability to transform elicitation sessions into:

• Process Flows
• Context Diagrams
• UML Diagrams
• Wireframes & Mockups
