      2) The program will only allow candidates who are LOCAL TO THE AUSTIN AREA ONLY.

Interview Mode : Team Meetings ( In-person interview may be required based on client needs  )

• Active Texas DL Must for submission
• Please do not submit candidates who are currently out of state and are planning to move to Texas. Candidates must already reside in Texas.
• Candidates must already reside in the Central Texas area and be willing to report onsite at the TFC Headquarters at 1711 San Jacinto, Austin TX.

EXP: 14+ Years  

Required Skills:

• PMP(Active) Certification is required.
• Experience with the Sunset Review process.
• Required Experience with Texas State Audits conducted by SAO, Internal Audit divisions and Federal entities
• Required Project management experience with a Texas State Agency
• Experience with Texas procurement and contract management.
• State of Texas Project Delivery framework
• Required Demonstrated, successful delivery of projects at a state agency,

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale enterprise initiatives for the SPIP team
• Develop project plans, schedules, and deliverables aligned with DIR framework
• Coordinate with executive leadership, stakeholders, and oversight entities
• Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency standards
• Track project scope, budget, quality, and timelines using PM tools
