Tqp Technical Lead

Must-Have:- · 
Minimum 4 years of experience in enhancing and maintaining Varicent model. 
Experience with Varicent ICM V10 is a plus.

Responsibility / Expectations from the role: 
·        ICM/TQP module expertise
·        Compensation & quota design
·        Functional testing & UAT
·        Client-facing consulting
·        Experience in development in Varicent ICM modules (e.g.: Calculations, tables and imports, views, portal Access, task manager, and presenter report and webforms). 
·        Business knowledge of the sales compensation business processes preferably in pharmaceutical and health care industry.
·        Knowledge of software development and implementation lifecycles.
