Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Testing Lead to drive SDLC test governance, regulatory compliance, and quality engineering standards across enterprise applications. The role focuses on ensuring adherence to FFIEC, SDAM, and industry QE frameworks, while strengthening risk management, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure testing activities comply with SDLC, SDAM, and regulatory standards (FFIEC)
Lead test governance framework implementation and continuous improvement
Conduct risk assessments and support internal/external audits
Develop enterprise test strategies and oversee release governance
Define and track KPIs, compliance metrics, and executive reporting
Collaborate with IT, QA, risk, audit, and business stakeholders
Promote best practices in QE tools, automation, CI/CD, and DevOps

Required Skills:
12+ years in software testing delivery / test governance / QE
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (FFIEC preferred)
Experience with Agile/DevOps, CI/CD, ADO, test automation, risk-based testing
Proven experience in governance, audit support, and compliance reporting
Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
