Technology Lead / Architect

• Collaborate with product, business, and infrastructure teams
• Drive performance optimization, scalability, security, and reliability
• Support cloud, DevOps, and modernization initiatives
• Create and maintain architecture diagrams, standards, and documentation
• Mentor engineers and support technical skill development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience in software development with at least 2–3 years in a lead or architect role
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, .NET, or other enterprise platforms
• Expertise in system design, object-oriented principles, and design patterns
• Experience with microservices and RESTful APIs
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
