We have a requirement for a Technical Support Engineer (L1), Chicago, IL (Onsite) on W2.

Technical Support Engineer (L1)

Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite)

Duration: Long Term 
 

Required Skills & Qualifications-

  • Strong Python coding skills (ability to read, run, and debug scripts) 
  • Experience in L1 technical or application support
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues using logs, scripts, and basic system tools
  • Understanding of Linux/Unix environments and command-line usage
  • Basic knowledge of networking, databases, or cloud platforms is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts/on-call rotation if required
     

Nice to Have-

  • Exposure to monitoring tools (Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD or automation scripts
  • Basic SQL knowledge for data checks
  • Experience supporting production systems
