Technical Support Engineer (L1)
Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term
Required Skills & Qualifications-
- Strong Python coding skills (ability to read, run, and debug scripts)
- Experience in L1 technical or application support
- Ability to troubleshoot issues using logs, scripts, and basic system tools
- Understanding of Linux/Unix environments and command-line usage
- Basic knowledge of networking, databases, or cloud platforms is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work in shifts/on-call rotation if required
Nice to Have-
- Exposure to monitoring tools (Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, etc.)
- Familiarity with CI/CD or automation scripts
- Basic SQL knowledge for data checks
- Experience supporting production systems
