Technical Product Owner

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner to join a leading Fintech organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data-driven products, hands-on technical knowledge, and a solid background working in Fintech environments.

Candidates must have prior experience working with top Fintech companies such as Stripe, Adyen, Marqeta, Robinhood, Cash App, Chime, Coinbase, Klarna, Razorpay, Zerodha, Groww, or similar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the product backlog for data and platform-related initiatives
• Work closely with engineering, data, and business teams to define product requirements
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews
• Ensure product compliance with financial regulations and industry standards
• Support data-focused products involving Snowflake and data warehousing solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 9–12 years of overall experience with mandatory Fintech background
• Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner in Fintech
• Strong knowledge of Snowflake and data warehousing design tools
• 2–4 years of experience using product management tools such as JIRA or Trello
• 2+ years of experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments
• Technical understanding or coding experience in Golang, Java, JavaScript, Python, or Bash
• Experience working with financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Scrum certification or Agile training preferred
