Technical Delivery Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Global Technical Delivery Manager to lead and manage large-scale, multi-year global programs within the IT services industry. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical leadership, deep program management expertise, and proven experience delivering complex enterprise initiatives across global delivery models.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large, multi-year global programs supporting enterprise clients within the IT services industry
• Provide strong technical leadership for .NET and Cloud Modernization initiatives
• Act as a Technical Project/Program Manager with end-to-end ownership across multiple engagements
• Develop detailed program plans, delivery roadmaps, and resource models
• Manage large global delivery teams (100+ members) across onshore, offshore, and nearshore locations
• Drive Agile delivery execution across programs and projects
• Ensure all delivery commitments are met within scope, schedule, and budget

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of overall experience with a strong technical foundation
• Extensive experience delivering large programs in the IT services industry
• 7–8+ years of hands-on Project/Program Management experience in global delivery models
• Proven experience managing large-scale programs with 100+ resources
• Strong technical expertise in .NET technologies and Cloud Modernization initiatives
• Mandatory experience working as a Technical Project/Program Manager on multiple large engagements
