Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Integration Specialist with strong experience in managing, documenting, and facilitating technical integrations across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft tools and an understanding of enterprise-level IT environments and regulations within the Client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule technical integrations involving multiple resource and development teams.
- Organize and facilitate technical training sessions, user workshops, and presentations for diverse audiences.
- Lead and participate in business and technical analysis, design, and planning meetings, ensuring clear documentation and alignment across stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation — including requirements, design specifications, data flow diagrams, process workflows, testing documentation, and training materials.
- Perform data consolidation, editing, and normalization, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Collaborate with business units and IT teams to align deliverables with Client rules and regulations.
- Support project management through tracking milestones, deliverables, and dependencies using Microsoft Project.
- Create technical presentations and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Provide insights into network infrastructure, web technologies, communication protocols, and security architecture as needed for integration planning.
