Support/Help Desk Specialists
Remote (occasional in-person meetings )
Client Location :  Sacramento,  CA 
 


Mandatory: 
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field. (Attach a copy of the degree)

Desirable:

Three (3) years of full-time experience as a Help Desk for a Public Sector system(s).
One (1) to three (3) years of full-time experience as the Help Desk  for a health data system or health information exchange system.
