Storage Administrator

Strong hands-on experience with enterprise storage appliances:
Pure Storage
Hitachi
NetApp
Dell EMC
Solid understanding of File and Block storage technologies.
Experience with storage fabrics:
Fibre Channel (Brocade or Cisco)
NVMe
RoCE
Deep knowledge of Linux system internals and system engineering.
Proficiency in Python and other automation/scripting languages.
Experience with REST APIs from major storage vendors.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, especially for performance-related issues.
Experience in large-scale enterprise datacenter environments.
Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, KVM) or cloud storage concepts.
Understanding of backup/DR technologies and methodologies.
