Observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace (New Relic/Datadog a plus)
ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
Scripting & troubleshooting: Python, Shell
Automation & DevOps: Terraform, Ansible, GitOps, CI/CD
