Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Windows AI Platform Engineer with strong experience in Windows infrastructure, AI/ML platform support, and enterprise system engineering. The ideal candidate will design, build, and support Windows-based AI/ML platforms, ensuring performance, scalability, and security across enterprise environments.

This role requires deep expertise in Windows systems, GPU infrastructure, automation, and AI/ML platform enablement within enterprise or research-driven environments.

Primary Technology Platform: Microsoft Windows & Azure ecosystem

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Windows-based AI/ML infrastructure and platforms.
• Build and maintain high-performance Windows server environments for AI/ML workloads.
• Configure GPU-enabled systems and optimize performance for AI/ML model training and inference.
• Deploy and manage Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Support AI/ML tools, frameworks, and platform integrations on Windows environments.
• Implement automation using PowerShell, scripting, and configuration management tools.
• Manage virtualization using Hyper-V, VMware, or cloud-based platforms.
• Ensure system security, patching, vulnerability remediation, and compliance.
• Monitor system performance, capacity planning, and reliability.
• Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and DevOps teams for platform support.
• Troubleshoot system, platform, and performance issues across environments.
• Document architecture, processes, and support procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Windows infrastructure engineering.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) administration.
• Experience supporting AI/ML or high-performance computing environments.
• Hands-on experience with GPU infrastructure (NVIDIA, CUDA environments preferred).
• Strong scripting and automation using PowerShell.
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and identity management.
• Knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and storage systems.
• Experience with monitoring and performance tuning of enterprise systems.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, firewalls).
• Experience with Azure or hybrid cloud environments.
