Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Lead front-end architecture, design, and development using Angular
Guide and mentor development teams; conduct code reviews and ensure best practices
Identify process, people, and tool bottlenecks and drive improvements
Experience leading matrixed teams in enterprise/shared services environments
Strong hands-on expertise with Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS
Experience with C#, .NET, SQL, and back-end integrations
Knowledge of Git/GitHub, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
