Job Description
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and best practices.
- Drive Agile transformation initiatives across multiple teams.
- Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution.
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy product backlog.
- Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, burn-up, cycle time).
- Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams.
- Ensure continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops.
- Promote self-organization and accountability within teams.
Manage risks and dependencies across projects/programs.
