Sr Project Manager

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and executive status reporting
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards and governance frameworks
• Track project performance using KPIs and reporting tools
• Manage change requests and scope adjustments
• Drive continuous process improvement and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of project management experience
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and/or enterprise business processes
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, Asana)
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills
