Sr. Project Manager

✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Legacy Analytics Modernization initiatives
• Develop project deliverables aligned with DIR Project Delivery Framework
• Manage vendor coordination and procurement processes
• Develop strategic project roadmaps with stakeholders
• Manage Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog grooming
• Oversee project budgets, risk management, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with state and federal standards
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholder communications

✅ Required Skills:
• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience
• 5+ years working with data management solutions, analytics/BI, J2EE development, or SOA technologies
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience managing teams and Agile project environments
• Experience with PMLC and SDLC methodologies
• Budget tracking and cost management experience
• Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities
• Active PMP Certification required
