Sr. Product Manager

The Mission: We need a hybrid Product Manager / Technical Product Owner who excels at turning a high-level vision into a blueprint for execution. You will be responsible for defining the Capabilities—the functional building blocks—needed to solve complex problems in the healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities: From Vision to Workflow

•                     Architectural Mapping: You don't just write stories; you own heavy workflow diagrams. You visualize complex systems and data flows to ensure no edge case is left behind.

•                     Requirement Decomposition: You take a "Problem Statement" and break it down into high-level capabilities, value propositions, and detailed use cases.

•                     Technical & Design Partnership: You act as the bridge between Solutions Architects (validating technical paths) and UX/UI (ensuring the workflow is intuitive).

•                     Upstream Project Orchestration: You lean into the project management side, identifying dependencies and risks during the planning phase to ensure the roadmap is realistic.

•                     Ideal Candidate Profile

•                     We are looking for a "Product Architect" rather than a "Process Manager."

•                     Process Style: We are not a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) shop. We value lean, efficient planning over rigid ceremonies. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced iteration.

•                     The "Ground Runner" (High Priority): Deep experience in Healthcare Payments. If you understand the intersection of claims, patient responsibility, and financial clearinghouses, you are our top priority.

•                     The Hybrid Mindset: You possess the "Vision" of a PM to understand the Why and the "Tactical Rigor" of a TPO to define the How.
