Sr. Pega Developer

·        Minimum 10 years of experience in Pega application development.

·        Provide expert tools and guidance to operations, development, and support teams for critical production issues and maintenance.

·        Troubleshoot production issues, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions; act as the first line of defense in root-cause analysis.

·        Work cross-functionally with support, development, and business teams to efficiently address customer issues.

·        Actively contribute as a member of a high-performance software development and support team in an Agile environment.

·        Support, maintain, and participate in developing state-of-the-art software technology platforms using Microsoft, Linux, Cloud, and Web technologies.

·        LSA or CSSA certification preferred.
