Sr Pega Business Analyst

Job Title: Senior Pega Business Analyst
Location :: Remote, Manhattan, NY

We are looking for a Senior Pega Business Analyst with strong experience in Distributed Energy Services (DES) and enterprise application environments. The role involves close collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and QA teams to deliver scalable workflow and case-management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering & documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria)
• Translate business needs into Pega case types, workflows, rules, integrations, and UI requirements
• Create process flows, data maps, wireframes, interface specifications
• Produce technical documentation: SDDs, SOPs, RTM, User Guides
• Support UAT, release planning, defect triage, go-live readiness
• Perform data analysis using SQL & Excel (Power Query/Pivot)
• Work in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment using Jira/Azure DevOps

Must Have Skills (Highlighted)

• 3+ years of Power Platform experience (Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio)
• Pega Cloud & Pega Support experience
• Business Requirements Documentation (BRD)
• Data Mapping & Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
• Strong SQL & Data Analysis skills
• Experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)
• Agile methodology experience
