📌 Required Qualifications
10+ years of hands-on software development experience in enterprise web applications
10+ years of full-stack Java development with strong backend focus
5+ years of experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
Strong experience in:
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
CI/CD pipelines
Containerization & Kubernetes
Agile & DevOps methodologies
Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, Rally, or similar

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

Expert-level Java & Spring Framework knowledge
Strong understanding of open-source ecosystems (Apache, Google, Spring)
Database experience: SQL & NoSQL
Familiarity with GraphQL & gRPC

Deep expertise in:

API design, security, throttling, caching, logging & analytics
Monolith to Microservices migration
Microservices patterns & best practices
Cloud-native development & 12-factor app principles
