Hiring: Sr. Hyperautomation Engineer (UiPath & AI/ML)
📍 Location: St. Louis, MO (Hybrid — 3 days onsite)

We’re looking for a Sr. Hyperautomation Engineer to drive intelligent automation initiatives using RPA + AI/ML + LLMs across complex enterprise workflows.

🔹 Recommended Qualifications & Experience
10+ years overall IT experience with 5+ years building solutions using UiPath, IDP, and RAG
UiPath Advanced Developer Certification preferred
Strong knowledge of RE Framework, Orchestrator, and Studio
Advanced Business Process Analysis (BPA) and BPMN expertise to optimize complex workflows
Proven experience in AI requirements engineering translating business needs into ML/AI solutions
Deep understanding of AI/LLM capabilities and practical enterprise implementation
Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills
Passion for leveraging AI-driven automation to create measurable business impact
