In order to deter fake candidate scam the candidate must present a valid photo ID to the camera at the start of the interview. They also must pan the camera 360 degrees in the fixed room for the panel to see to make sure they're the only person in the room during the interview. 
The manager wants the Use Case to be submitted with their resume – see below
 Mostly Remote/Hybrid when needed – must be local or within a one hour drive with DL (No exceptions)   Required to pick up commonwealth-issued equipment the first day.
