Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field
• 12+ years of IT experience across at least three areas: architecture, requirements/design, development, testing, or application support
• Hands‑on development and integration background using Angular, Spring, Spring Boot, J2EE, API Gateway, MySQL, and distributed systems architectures
• 4+ years of MSO/telecommunications experience with strong functional + technical knowledge of enterprise BSS systems and solutions architecture
• 4+ years designing and architecting large‑scale enterprise solutions
• 2+ years implementing or integrating complex systems/platforms including COTS, SaaS, and 3rd‑party solutions using industry‑standard frameworks
• 2+ years working within an enterprise architecture group developing end‑to‑end solution roadmaps
• Experience with BSS, OSS, IT, and telecom industry standards such as TMF, MEF, ITIL, IETF, IEEE (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively with leadership and engineering teams
• Proven ability to lead large, matrixed cross‑functional technical teams, potentially including multiple vendors
• Experience driving full‑stack, end‑to‑end solutions and understanding how architectural decisions impact delivery
• Develop solution vision and produce solution architecture covering capabilities, systems mapping, integration approach, and technology selection
• Participate in all phases of intake through implementation to ensure alignment with architecture blueprints
• Engage in feature definition, user‑story grooming, estimation, solution design, and issue resolution
• Lead requirements analysis and solution design workshops to validate integration and system needs
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and SMEs to translate business pain points into system requirements
• Ensure solutions are well‑architected, maintainable, operable, and aligned with enterprise strategy while meeting delivery feasibility
• Collaborate with platform architects, technical leads, release managers, and PMs to resolve dependencies and avoid cross‑project impacts
• Drive systems integration activities including interface definitions, technical design specifications, and end‑to‑end data‑flow documentation
• Participate in implementation tasks including research, POCs, prototypes, compatibility testing, and new technology assessments
• Identify and document non‑functional requirements (performance, security, operational) and support conceptual architecture creation
• Ensure end‑to‑end project deliverables meet architectural standards and provide expected business value
