Software Developer

What you’ll do:
*Build & enhance a React-based chatbot interface
*Add new features, workflows, & UI improvements
*Integrate with Amazon Lex & design conversational flows
*Create & connect REST APIs & backend services
*Work with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, & CloudWatch
*Improve chatbot performance, error handling, & responsiveness
*Test, debug, & support deployments across environments
*Participate in client demos, technical discussions, & working sessions

Required skills:
*Strong experience with React & modern JavaScript
*Hands‑on experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch)
*Experience integrating with Amazon Lex or similar chatbot platforms
*Background in REST API development & backend integrations
*Familiarity with cloud-native / serverless application development
*Experience with Git & agile tools like Jira
*Ability to work in & extend an existing codebase

Preferred qualifications:
*Experience with LLM-based agents
*Familiarity with Amazon Bedrock
*Knowledge of hybrid chatbot approaches (Lex + LLM)
*Experience with chatbot analytics & monitoring
