🔹 Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint & Power Automate Solutions Analyst to join our team in Tallahassee, FL. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform, and .NET-based application development, with a strong background in designing and delivering enterprise-level solutions.
This is a 100% onsite role, requiring close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support solutions using SharePoint Online/On-Prem, OneDrive, and Power Automate
Build and enhance applications using .NET/C#, ASP.NET

Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases and queries
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems and applications
Provide troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance tuning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior resources

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
15+ years of overall IT experience
Strong hands-on experience with:
SharePoint (Online & On-Prem)
Power Automate (Microsoft Flow)
OneDrive for Business
.NET / C#
ASP.NET

SQL Server
Solid understanding of enterprise application architecture
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work onsite in Tallahassee, FL
