Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce (SFDC) Tech Lead to lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations and provide technical leadership across development and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce development and strong experience with system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce technical design and development efforts
• Architect and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions
• Develop and customize using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce
• Design and manage integrations using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams
• Perform code reviews and ensure best practices and coding standards
• Support deployments, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience with leadership responsibilities
• Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning (LWC/Aura)
• Proven experience with Salesforce integrations (MuleSoft, APIs)
• Experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, Integration Architect, etc.)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps tools
